20% of a=b.
20 ÷ 100 of a = b.
a = 5b. b = a ÷ 5.

1 ÷ 25 of a = (1 ÷ 25) * 100 of a = 4%.

20% of a = b,
20/100 of a = b,
0.2 of a =b,
b% of 20.
0.2/100a * 20,
2/10 * 20a,
4%.

Let a =100 Now 20% of a i.e. 100 * 20/100 = 20 Rs.

Means 100 Rs of a = 20 Rs of b.

It means 1 Rs of a = 20/100 of b i.e 1/5 Rs.

Now, 20% of 1/5 = 20 * 1/5 = 4 Rs.

20% of a=(a/5)=b.

b% of 20 = ((a/5)/100) * 20,
= (a/500) * 20.
= (4/100) * a,
= 4% of a.

Suppose a=100.
then b=20%a,
b=20/100*100 (a=100),
b=20,

Means if b=20.
20% of 20=20/100*20.
= 4%.
