The Question -> f 20% of a = b, then b% of 20 is the same as ?
Now since 20/100 * a = b,
b = 1/5*a = 0.2a.
b% of 20 implies 0.2a / 100 * 20 = 0.04a = 4% of a [4/100 * a].
Now since 20/100 * a = b,
b = 1/5*a = 0.2a.
b% of 20 implies 0.2a / 100 * 20 = 0.04a = 4% of a [4/100 * a].

20/100*a = b.
20% of b = ?
20/100*b = 20a/100*20/100.
(Because b = 20a/100, so 20b/100 = 400/1000).
Answer = 4a/100 => 4%.
20% of b = ?
20/100*b = 20a/100*20/100.
(Because b = 20a/100, so 20b/100 = 400/1000).
Answer = 4a/100 => 4%.
