Take example 150.
150*3/5 = 90.
150*5/3 = 250.
90/250*100 = 36.
100-36 = 64%.

5/3 - 3/5 = (5(5)-3(3))/15 = 16/15.
(16/15)/(3/5) x 100 = 64%.
(16/15)/(3/5) x 100 = 64%.
