5x/3-------> 16x/15 (error).
100--------> ?(error),

= 100 * (16x/15)/(5x/3).

Take example 150.
150*3/5 = 90.
150*5/3 = 250.
90/250*100 = 36.
100-36 = 64%.

Error = true value - false value.
Percentage of x = x*100 / true value.

How after 16x/15 * 3/5x * 100 it came 64%? Explain me. Please.

5/3 - 3/5 = (5(5)-3(3))/15 = 16/15.
(16/15)/(3/5) x 100 = 64%.
