It's very simple: 3/5/5/3 * 100 = 9/25 * 100 = 9*4 = 36.
Total percentage = 100.
100 - 36 = 64%.

Incorrect:3/5. 15 * 3/5 = 9.

Correct: 5/3. 15 * 5/3 = 25.
LCM=15.
% = 16/25 * 100 = 64%.

How 5/3 - 3/5 be 16/5???? it is 16/15.
Now,the answer should be 16/15 * 3/5 *100 = 34%.

5x/3-------> 16x/15 (error).
100--------> ?(error),

= 100 * (16x/15)/(5x/3).

Take example 150.
150*3/5 = 90.
150*5/3 = 250.
90/250*100 = 36.
100-36 = 64%.

Still I did not get how you come up with 16/15. Maybe you can explain more.

Error = true value - false value.
Percentage of x = x*100 / true value.
