An easy way to find a number is prime or not.

Divide the number by 6 and check whether the reminder is +1 or -1. Then the number is a prime number.
formula : 6(x)(+-)plus or minus 1 .

Example:
97 is prime or not.

97/6=6(16)+1=>96+1=97 it is prime number. //ends with +1 or -1

41 is prime or not.
41/6=6(8)-1=> 42-1=41 it is prime number //ends with +1 or -1

Because 97 is not divided by 3. Other numbers are divided by 3 so the answer is 97.

Please take any perfect square near of 97 i.e 10*10=100. Now find all prime numbers which are less than 10 that are 3,5,7.Now at last check wheather 97 is divisible by 2,3,7.If it is divisible then number is not prime else it is prime.
