According to me, the solution is;
3^65 * 6^59 * 7^71=?
The cycle city of 3 is 4=1
The cycle city of 6 is 1=6
The cycle city of 7 is 4=3
1* 6 * 3,
6 * 3 = 18 = 8/2 = 4.
