Because 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 = 5 ^4 = 625.
= {935421 x (10 /2)4},
= {935421 x 100000 /16},
= {93542100000/16}.
Than only simple division on your method.

If the thousands digit is even, examine the number formed by the last three digits must be divisible by 16.
i.e 254,176: 176.
