Guys i've found a simple method.
u can covert it like x=.1667 and 10x=1.667=>9x=1.5003 so x=1/6
similarly for y=0.6667=> y=2/3
and 0.8883=1-0.1667=>1-1/6=5/6
now it's easy method to solve this problem.

If we subtract 10x = 1.667 from x = 0.1667 then we get 9x = 1. 5003

0.1667 = (16-1)/90 = 1/6.

0.8333 = (83-8)/90 = 5/6.

0.6667 = 6/9 = 3/2.

How you pupil take that 0.1667 as 0.16 bar because in question they gave only 0.1667 but not 0.166666666.
