So here simple solution that How 99 is getting.
Take x = 6.464646 ---> Eq1
Now Multiply with 100 on Both sides
100x = 646.4646464 ---> Eq2
Now subtract Eq2-Eq1.
so 99x = 640,
x = 640/99.
