Look at the first 2 values in options A, B, and C.
We all know 1/3 = 0. 33 and 2/5 = 0. 4.
So we can eliminate options A, B and C since the first 2 numbers are in ascending order.
So the correct answer is option D.

The fastest method of solving this prblm is converting each fraction into decimal.
Instead of finding LCM, it consumes lot of time.
And as terms if fraction are easy we can solve orally in few seconds.
