In the first three numbers, the difference between the numerator and the denominator are same and the denominator is greater than numerator if there is a condition like this, then if the numerator is lesser, the value is lesser.

We can solve it by converting it into decimal form;
1/3 = 0.33,
2/5 = 0.4,
3/7 = 0.44,
5/6 = 0.83,
6/7 = 0.85.
Then, we arrange it into descending order:
6/7 > 5/6 > 3/7 > 2/5 > 1/3.
1/3 = 0.33,
2/5 = 0.4,
3/7 = 0.44,
5/6 = 0.83,
6/7 = 0.85.
Then, we arrange it into descending order:
6/7 > 5/6 > 3/7 > 2/5 > 1/3.

The fastest method of solving this prblm is converting each fraction into decimal.
Instead of finding LCM, it consumes lot of time.
And as terms if fraction are easy we can solve orally in few seconds.

For the first 3 options, check the first two numbers.
1/3 = 0.3333 and 2/5 = 0.4 which is in ascending order.
Hence answer is Option(D).
