12hr=360° so,
1hr=30°
Coming to Question
10 past 5 = 5:10.
Here, from 12 noon to 5 indicate= 5*30=150° This is the angle when Time is exactly 5 o'Clock but,
In this question, Time is 5:10. Now we need to calculate how much extra distance travelled by the hour hand in that 10 min.
Converting 10 min in Hours= 10/60 = 1/6.
The Angle travelled by the minute hand in 10 = 1/6*30= 5°.
So the total Angle= 150°+ 5° = 155°.
1hr=30°

1hrs=30°
So 5 hrs 10min =(5+1/6)*30°. i.e
1hrs = 60min
1min =1/6
10min = 10/60 = 1/6
= (31/6)*30.
= 155°.
So 5 hrs 10min =(5+1/6)*30°. i.e
1hrs = 60min
1min =1/6
10min = 10/60 = 1/6
= (31/6)*30.
= 155°.

Solution.
A clock is a circular shape and is 360°.
A clock is divided into 12 sections or 12 hrs.
Every sections or hour is 30°.
i.e 360°/12 = 30°.
So, 1 hr = 30°.
we get, 5hrs = 30°X5 = 150°.
1 min = ° ?
As 1hr = 30°.
1 min = (30°/ 60) =(1/2)= 0.5°.
So, 10 mins = 10 X 0.5° = 5°.
Then, 5 hrs 10 mins = 150°+5° = 155°.
A clock is a circular shape and is 360°.

1 min = ° ?
As 1hr = 30°.
1 min = (30°/ 60) =(1/2)= 0.5°.
So, 10 mins = 10 X 0.5° = 5°.
Then, 5 hrs 10 mins = 150°+5° = 155°.

Hr hand move 10 min in 5 hrs so afternoon means start from 12 then after 5 hrs show 5 o'clock but 10 min means 10/2=5° so 12 to 5 150°+5°=155°.

The clock is started noon matlab 12 o clock.
15 min =90 degree,
1 hr =360 degree,
Clock is start 12 o clock to 5 o clock .
Min hand is 10.
10*0.5=5
=> 5 and 6 gap between the 30 degrees.
So,30 -5 =25
And180-25=155°.

Angle = 30H-11/2Min.
Therefore for 5:10 ANGLE IS 30 * 5-11/2 * 10 = 150-55 = 95 degrees.
This is the correct answer.

This is the correct answer.

31/6 means the time is 5:10.
5 * 10/60 = 31/6,
1hr-30 minutes then,
31/6 * 30 = 155°
5 * 10/60 = 31/6,
1hr-30 minutes then,
31/6 * 30 = 155°
