The person is greeted by people every morning so it is continuous process, so that why B is nit answer for it.

If the sentence was: 'They are greeting me cheerfully every morning', then the answer would be 'I am being greeted cheerfully by them every morning'

The given sentence (Active voice) is in simple present tense am/is/are+v3 in the Passive voice
