Hai all, I attended Wipro interview and got a job.

The Pattern is

1)Written Test :-(Time is 1 hour)
   
     a) 20 questions from Verbal. All are very easy and are tenth standard. practice  
         Objective general English by R.S.Agarwal
     b) 20 questions from quantitative aptitude and some reasoning questions  
         and    
         are very easy. Practice Quantitative aptitude and Reasoning books by
         R.S.Agarwal  
     c) 10 q's from tecnical side. They include C, Unix, o.s and some common sense
         q's.

 In our college, approximately 350 students are attended and they shortlisted us to 95 members.Our total 95 are divided into 3 groups.The next day for tecnica  interview  first 30 members they call at 9:30 am, the next 30 at 12:30 pm and next 35 at 3:30 pm.

         Finally what i am saying is to clear this written test we need just common
  sense i.e., use common sense in a clear way

2)Essay(Non-Elimination Round) and Technical Interview :-

   The Tecnical interviewers are divided into 3 panels. I went to second panel and  
    he asks

   i)me: May I come in sir.
     sir : come in.
  ii)me: I gone with a smile on my face and I said Good afternoon sir.
      sir: Very Good aft. Take ur seat.
  iii)sir: Say about urself.
     me: said nice.
  iv)sir: Now I will give a new project and how can u handle it and he asks library
           management project.
     me: I explained in a step by step procedure to that project and he impressed a
            lot.
  v) sir: How many process states are there and what?
     me: I said by drawing a clear diagram among the states.
  vi)sir: what is cache memory and why it is so fast access ?
      me: Luckily I gave a seminar on that topic in a class and i explained in a nice
             way. He immediately gave a form to fill my details and it is a sign of going
             to next round.
  vii) sir: Hey Rahiman U R so good at technical side and U need to talk with H.R.
        me: Sure sir and Thank U Very much sir.


 Out of 95 students they shortlisted 44 students and immediately conducted H.R.  
 Round.

3) H.R. Interview :-

     mam: who is Rahiman  and say him to come in.
        me: Good Aft. mam
     mam: Oh good aft. say about urself.
        me: said .
     mam: U got Gold medal in intermediate
        me: Yes mam.
     mam: What do u know about our company
        me:  I said so much and she impressed by one of the best points i.e.., Wipro is
                the first one and only one company to be designed and included "rupee
                symbol" into a keyboard and proves u r encouraging innovative and
                creativity skills.
     mam: U r very good in academics since tenth standard and what is ur long
               term   goal.
        me: I want to see my organisation in the top most position and for that I
               would be a part of one and also to make my parents happy till their end
               of life.
     mam: Nice Rahiman and I wish U all the best.
        me: Thank U mam.


Out of 44 members they shortlisted to 40 and I am one of them.
