Wipro Technologies Interview - Pondicherry, December 22,2011

Process goes like this :

1) Written round.
2) Essay writing (Non - elimination round)
3) Technical Interview.
4) HR Interview.

1) Written round:-

Technical Question - 10(C,C++,Data Structure,basic of computer)
Aptitude Question - 20(Time&distance, Average, Pipes, Profit & loss, Puzzles)
Verbal Question     - 20(Follow the India Bix Test)

2) Essay writing (Non - elimination round):-

Common Topic to all, for me
"Economic growth without affecting the environment is - mirage or reality  "

3) Technical Interview:-

   -He asked me to Tell about ur self, i spoke for 3 minutes. In that time HR gone through my resume.
    -they asked me what is the other hobbies i told browsing, he asked what u will do chat with friends in fb.. i told i spend less time in fb and most of time i spend in updating my knowledge in new technology
   -what is new updated technology?... I told Cloud Computing... he asked to expalin in brief... i explained for few lines... he skipped to next in my AREA of Interest
  -  My area of interest is Digital Electronics and Digital modulation Tech.... he asked me to design a astable multivibrator using 741, i drawn it without Capacitor and he asked where will the capacitors come and i drawn at the non-inverting end... then he jumped to next question and asked to draw a MUX(8:1) using any logic gates
i draw using 4AND & 2OR gates with 4 selection line.
  - Then he asked robotics question from mini project about some related machine i told that i am not aware of that so i told that i know Accelerometer and he told to explain that i explained.
  - Finally he came to C and ask to explain the STACK concept with a program, i wrote a simple program i explain that

    *He told all the best and gave Wipro application form and to attend the Hr interview and who don't get the application form are rejected from the round
and i was asked to fill it and attend the Hr round.
 
4) HR Interview:-

  - She asked me Tell about ur self, then she gone through my essay which i wrote 1 hour back. She pointed out some Grammatical Error and asked what u have done for 3 year i explained that i improving it by reading newspapers and writing essays
then she what is the latest news and explained the MULLAPERIYAR DAM for 3minutes then she told all the best..
 
Result was declared within 3hours i got selected ...
