Round1: Aptitude (50 % selection)

1. Verbal section (20 marks)
paragraph comprehension

fill in the blanks

Verb tenses

Everyday reading newspaper and improving vocabulary is more than enough

2. Quantitative (20 marks)
I dontknow anything abt Quantitative aptitude, yet i cleared this section
General reasoning type questions
study the basics of time and work
speed and distance
profit loss
number series
seating arrangement
coding decoding very important2-3 questions
do this section at last
For me this setion appeared to be difficult ,it was easy as even anyone who nothing abt

quants can clar this round

3. Technical (IT Awareness) 10 marks
1 question for C (bitwise operator, nothing of the sort present in Let us C)
1 binary decimal
1 on deadlock
2 on General knowledge
3 Questions on Unix command .i dont have any idea of the answer just guessed

No omr sheets manual correction done, (but i dont think they correct all papers, so beware!!).

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW (Major rejections 40% selection)
asked basic questions on areas of interset
wat is networks
types of network
wat is ip addres
can two device hae same ip addres
wat is  inheritance
wat is polymorphism
A question on real life software testing done on flight reservation system
An algorithm to find odd and even numbers and find their sum and differnce

She gave the hr form after this question was answered
wat is os
wat is file syatem
wat are two types ---fat32 and ntfs--diffence between them
how to restore an backup xp
Feed back of the technical interview is sent to hr.
U are lucky if u get lady interviewer.
Some panel very few selections are made they just send the students out.

Fill ur hr form carefully.

2.Wat will u do if i dont select u?dont tell offcampus selection as wipro does not have that
3.Wat is ur rank in ur class
4.why 'just' 82% ?can get more than that
4.Areas to improve
5.They chck a lot on ur flexibilty,and cofidence
Good percentage will take u through
6.wat do u like from the ppt
Be cool and hrs ask stress questions but they are very friendly.

ONLY if u are lucky u can cleear all the rounds
and also develop sound tchnical knowledge from the beginning itself
