Tech Mahindra Interview Pattern - MUMBAI 19-10-2016

Hi guys, I have applied for Tech Mahindra off campus and finally called for the evaluation process. I would like to share my experience, more than that I would like to guide you for getting placed. The test will be of four rounds.

Round 1 : (Written test).

Keep in mind, time is the major issue here, not the questions. Even though the questions are easy the time won't allows you as there is a sectional cut off also. Further, while I was writing the exam someone gave a form and asked me to fill  my details. So 3 min wasted. Keep in mind, first, go through every section, solve the easiest questions. There are two or three questions  tricky in every section. Don't solve them, solve the remaining. Allot last 10 min to aptitude. In English (synonyms, paragraphs, idioms, fill with article, fill with preposition are asked). They are somewhat tricky. Concentrate more on English as it is widespread over 5 sections. One section we have paragraph and questions (very tricky). Concentrate less on aptitude (all are basic only). Next is section-7 (Figures), there are only 5 yet tricky. concentrate on series figures, which figure will come next type questions. BE HURRY FROM THE FIRST MINUTE, COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS EXCEPT APTITUDE IN 35 MIN. One more important thing is puzzle is given (puzzle+seating) mixed in a single question. Not very easy but it is must solve. (because three questions depend on that). Finally, I was qualified for round 2.

ROUND 2: (ESSAY WRITING):

I think it does ACTION SPEAKS not play any role. I wrote the essay and submitted ,nothing except thank you was displayed. The important topics are,

1. ADOLF HITLER.
2. SOMEONE PICKING UP THE GARBAGE (For me).
3. PLETHORA OF BOOKS.
4. SICK EARTH.
5. SAD GIRL.
6. GROUP OF SCHOLARS.
7. GREEN CIRCLE WITH RED DOT INSIDE.
8. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.
9. A SMALL HOUSE WITH GREEN LAWN.

Guys, prepare good titles and go for the exams so that time will be saved. More or less the topics are above only. Don't concentrate more on this section. Make sure you won't commit any spelling mistakes and tense.

ROUND 3: (TR Round).

Within 30 minutes, I was called for the interview. She was very friendly and asked me some basic questions about my core (electrical). No, tell me about yourself, no C. Some basic questions (want to relocate or not, family background). If you speak confidently, you can clear it. BE PREPARE YOUR RESUME WELL AND PROJECT DETAILS. Here when she said any questions to me " I said her to explain her success story in brief from fresher to interviewer" She felt very happy and explained in very friendly manner. This where I impressed the recruiter.

Round 4 (HR):

Was nothing asked except tell me yourself and want to relocate or nor? Can you work in shifts? She told me the package, bond, etc.. Here you have to give your xerox copies.

KEEP IN MIND:

TAKE YOUR MARK-LISTS COPIES, PHOTOS, INTERVIEW, CALL LETTER AND ALSO REGISTRATION TIME MAIL ALSO.

Hush this the process. Thank you, start your preparation. ALL THE BEST. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.
