SATYAM INTERVIEW - 26 JUL 2007

Hi Friends

IAM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I AM PLACED IN MY DREAM COMPANY SATYAM. AND MY PARENTS KEEP ME ENCOURAGING.

Coming to my selection process, on 25th we had written exam. Exam was very tough but I have done about 12 questions out of them one or two r wrong. I am very much tensed that my friends wrote only 10 q's, will I select r not. but god's grace, my name is called for next round. Bcoz iI have missed about '8 companies' atleast I have not selected for WRITTEN round this wat happened with me past. the 8 companies r WIPRO, ACCENTURE, INFOSYS, SYNTEL, ACCORD, SONATA, AND GOES ON.

The point why I mentioned about companies r dont loose ur confidence and dont stop hard work until u get a company. Sorry to say this but I cant able to recollect my written paper..

Now coming to my Interview Procedure, On 26th we had interview. My NO is 130, so i thought that i will be called at midday so that I can happily prepare myself up to afternoon and get ready for interview but wat happened u know that they called our no.'s randomly. My no. is 3 one in second batch. I was very much frightened and i am preparing ready for interview. I was good at HR but i have to prepare for Tech q's. as soon as my no. called i went in.

In room, hr is waiting ,,,by going near to hr
me:good morning sir,
int: ok, ur jeswin ,right
me: yes sir
int: take ur seat,
me :thank u sir.
Int:ok jeswin, tell me about urself?
Me: I started telling about my self, iwas interupted and asked some....
Int:u telling that ur hardworker but u got less marks in I and II years.
Me:answered with explanation and supported myself.
Int: u cant adopt for changes ?
Me :tat's not my point sir, (bcoz I mentioned that at first i cant copup with engineering, becareful when answering q's)that's why I asked question I told sir learned from there itself how to adopt to changes. He's some what impressed .
Int: ok tell me about one seminar which u had given?
Me : in my resume I wrote I am volunteer for gd and seminar, I conduct gd's and seminar for our class, so he asked. I told about gaming. he 's not much impressed but keen in listening.(I thought that he's not listening, he asked me q's on seminar)
int : about ur paper presentation?
Me : told.
Int:could explain any uses of it in real world and how?
Me : my topic is nanotechnology, so he asked me like that.told
int:ok mr.jeswin, if I gave u job in nipuna services (satyam bpo) then can u do?
Me : I told that, I am not concerned about where I am woking sir but I am concerned what job and I also grow from there and if chances there I try to shift towards Satyam.
Int:smiled.
Me:I too smiled

Int : wat ur fav subjects ?
Me : I told uml and mangement science ?
Int : he asked q's on that.
Me :I answered some q's he not bothered about that.
Int :can u write a C program?
Me : yes sir, I wrote wat he gave.
Int :after that, he asked why Satyam hire u  ?
Me:I told about my strengths, accomplishments.
Int :he asked about stall ?
Me :(itold that I represented our college stall in the hindu oppurtunities job fair, in that wat is ur role) sir I met each and every hr person in that job fair and took their contact id's and also we collected some resumes for chaitanya institutes professors jobs.
Int : (he some wat suprised.)how u met all hr's?
Me : sir I just went to their stall and asked the people over there and we want to represent our college could u please show ur hrperson. in that way I answered.
Int: impressed.....
Int : ok jeswin nice talking with u.
Me : thank u.

Guys one thing keep in mind, be confident and say every thing which he asks dont try to bluf him bcoz he knows everything. But one thing i want to mention here is my HR Person is very very coooooool. SO, I am some wat free to talk. Ofcourse every selected candidate will tell like this way yeah i know bcoz I also sufffered from this fever....dont worry frnds who ever not placed..dont feel bcoz some big companies r waiting for u in future. They need ur services.

SAY EVERY THING CONFIDENT AND EXAMPLES R BETTER FOR UR ANSWERs BE PREPARED FOR THAT AND SOME HARDWORK (SOUNDS BORING BUT WORKS IF U TRY).
