L & T Technology Services Interview Experience - Bangalore, January 19, 2015
I want to share my interview experience with L & T Technology Services which was held on 19th January, 2015. It was a on campus. From my seniors I could know that this company will give you joining within June pass out year to December next year in batches. They also told that salary increment is very low in this company. Lots of politics, regionalism & favoritism are inside the company. So keep this company as back up & try for other company.
1st was written test. There was no negative marking.
i. Aptitude & Reasoning.
ii. Mechanical Apti.
iii. Mechanical engineering question.
There was no -ve marking. Total time was 1hr 10 minute.
1. i) Quantitative aptitude - It was 15 questions.
English - Fill up, error detecting and comprehension(20 questions).
Reasoning - series, cube (almost fully pictorial reasoning)(15 questions).
ii) Mechanical Aptitude- Mechanical aptitude question(60)which were from all semester of engineering & standard for those who are studying regularly.
iv) Mechanical - 15 basic question of engineering(1st year physics study is enough with some common idea).
From 100 people only 20 got selected.
2. 2nd round was GD.
They made batch of 5 students.
In GD they see your communication skill, leadership quality, consistent to the point, gesture etc etc.
3. 3rd round was technical. HR will see your CV & will ask about your academic projects. They will also ask you about your favorite subject & ask question from that. They mainly see your technical knowledge strength. If you could convince the HR then you will get selected.
4. Next round was Personal Interview round. This was just for the sake of formality. Be cool in this round because they will put you in stress question. Don't get nervous.
After that they left the college by selecting the students. They declared the result after 1 week. Finally I was selected. This was my interview experience.
