L&T TECHNOLOGY SERVICES(IES) Interview Experience - RAJAM, 23-11-2016

I am writing this review because when I tried to know about the company pattern I couldn't find anywhere in Google.

This review consists about the L&T TS exam pattern and PI.

First what I suggest everyone, just watch some company videos in YouTube and company websites.

And there will be a video on employee speak it will be useful to you. After watching videos and website please prepare your resume according to the company.

I am an ECE guys. I suggest you to go with Embedded System and VLSI. And some part of digital logic design.

As usually, pre-placement talk with one L&T anthem.

Try to know about the company there itself it will be useful for further rounds because they will explain the difference between L&T subsidiaries.

The eligible branches were CS, IT and ECE.

Round 1- Cognitive ability (if you are not prepared you can solve it) very easy if you have preparation. Aptitude (almost every topic covered), reasoning (blood relations, statements and impact, etc), verbal dead easy (no meanings were given).

So, number of questions - 60 in 60 mins.

Same after that technical section- complete reverse of apti. Very hard some luck should support you.

28 questions in 35 mins. (5 questions from networks almost gate level but simple logic nodal and mesh analysis of loop, theorems this two topics are enough. The veins is important rth and vth 2 questions came on that) digital logic design (some laws very given demorgans, etc) MPMC (buses interrupts, etc) DSP (some plots were given and question were which line represents phase, frequency, etc).

Then personality test. Blah blah be careful with this same questions will be repeated you should keep same answer.

For CSE and it same (but technical section will be different).

Next GD- minimum you need to speak 2-3 times they don't look at communication skill only confidence matter in my 12 people were there 11 got selected for TR.

Topics- 2000 Rs note somethings.

TR- always it has been my fav.

I have attended so many companies but I never got rejected in TR but I was rejected in HR (Capgemini MNCs).

They will give you form and ask you to fill. Meanwhile, interview starts.

They will target only resume and basic HR question in TR itself. Experienced people will take your interview only confidence matters in this round no C lang no Java. I was told to write Matlab code for FFT. I wrote but something I wrote for FT. I explained to them they convinced though they know I told wrong. Completed technical round. You should be aware of basics that's it CE amplifier circuit was my first question to draw that circuit how can I remember, I said I can't remember.

How do you do? was common question for all where you should answer it properly one guy was rejected for this question. Result will be told to you after 3-4 mins.

Hr- simple for me toughest. Be frank (I don't know about this round still today I'm uncomfortable with this round) but confidence matters.

After some day results announced.

20 out of 140.
