L&T infotech - Arya college, Jaipur, October 13, 2014 to 14, 2014
Stream: CSE. We had drive at ARYA college on 13th, 14th oct. There are nearly 1600 + students were attended the interview.
Aptitude test : It basically consists of 3 sections,
1. Quantitative analysis.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Verbal ability.
Each section consists of 20 questions 20 marks each. No negative marking. There is sectional cut off. It was little bit tough. Time management should be there. R. S. Aggarwal is sufficient for study. They gave break for 1hr. After that result declared and my name announced. That was really great moment for me.
Next round : GD
They divided students into group of 15 for group discussion. My topic was can youth bring innovation: I talk its mandatory. They are just checking your confidence, so you have to talk whatever it may be, and most important is write the important topics the members are speaking. Again I cleared this round. Each batch 7/15 (avg) where selected. Then finally we were moved to Essay writing.
For me the topic is - consciousness of product is low in india. I wrote well. This is non-elimination round.
Next round was Technical + HR in our panel. there are 5 panels of interviewers in which my panel was very cool. He firstly asked me tell me about yourself. Then asked me OOPS concepts then INHERITANCE then LINKED LIST then he asked me about normal questions from the form they have given to fill it before aptitude test. We need to be strong in our subjects and Resume. he asked me about my hobbies and why my percentage were not as good as SSC and HSC. I gave every answer effectively and confidently. After some time result was out and I got selected.
I am so happy. I hope all of you will get some idea about interview from my experience. All the best. Just be confident and do your best.
