L & T Infotech Interview Experience - Pune, Sept 29, 2014
Although I have been rejected in many company still I had hope of clearing L & T Infotech. You just have to give your best and hope positive. I had to go through 4 rounds.
1) Online aptitude.
2) Group discussion.
3) Technical interview.
4) HR interview.
Online aptitude : It had 3 section. Quantitative, verbal and logical. The time given was 60 minutes. And friends let me tell you. You just have to make sure that you attempt all d question in given time. Chances of clearing apti is maximum if you attempt all d question and 40 to 50 percent are right in each section.
Group discussion : We were given "smart work vs hard work " topic. If you are clear enough about d topic. Then only start the gd. You just have to make few proper points and complement others and listen to them. Gd is not just about making a fish market. The HR also looks at the body language of each individual and if you are lucky enough to clear the GD then expect the feedback and drawback of your GD in HR round. So make sure that you just don't cross the line in GD.
Technical round : Just be confident and be positive. The interviewer is looking at your confidence and ability to convince. Don't bother about the answer at all. And at the end ask some valid question that reflects that your keen to work in that company provided you have given the opportunity to ask.
HR round : Be prepared to get screwed by them. But always answer every question with a smile and you should sound confident. You just have to show positive attitude and eagerness to join the company nothing else.
It was one day process and I was lucky enough to get selected " just be confident and believe in your self. You will make it " all the best.
