L&T Infotech Interview Experience - Pune, September 25, 2014

Hello friends! I am student of entc Department. we all were requested to gather in AIT college at 8:30 AM. About 10 am L &T members came and gave brief description about criterion, company background, package etc.

After that aptitude test conducted. It basically consists of 3 sections.

1. Quantitative analysis.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Verbal ability.

Each section consists of 20 questions 20 marks each. No negative marking. There is sectional cut off. It was little bit tough. Time management should be there. R S. Aggarwal is sufficient for study. They gave break for 30min. After that result declared and my name announced. That was really great moment for me.

They divided students into group of 13 for group  discussion. My topic was reality shows: truth or fake. I talk about both sides of this topic. They are just checking your confidence, so you have to talk whatever it may be. Again I cleared this round. One of us rejected.

Next round was technical. As I am from entc background , I told them I am not strong in languages. I mentioned subjects like computer network and signals and systems so they asked related to that topics like TCP IP model and what you have learned in SS. Other questions were based on resume.

He asked me one puzzle, if he want fill the room with balls , how many balls are required? He allow me to ask questions if required. I asked him about dimensions and radius of ball and explain the answer. He satisfied with my answer. He asked me about my hobbies and why my  percentage were not as good as SSC and HSC. I gave every answer effectively and confidently. After some time result was out and I got selected.

After that HR round was there. She was little bit strict. She told me to introduced myself. Then appreciated me as I have no backlogs. She asked me about  my family background and I am comfortable for relocation. As I mentioned my strength as zeal to learn new things she told me to explained about what new things I learned recently.

I told her that I was learning from my roommate how to be stressless and happy and make others laugh. so, she suddenly asked can you me laugh. This was totally unexpected for me but still I managed the situation and told her one joke which was really hard for me at that moment to remember.

I was some what nervous about my result. Because it was tough for me. Result was declared after 3 hours and the moment came  and my name was announced in selected candidates. This was for which was waiting for and I proved myself.

I am so happy. I hope all of you will get some idea about interview from my experience. All the best. Just be confident and do your best. Dare to dream guys, you will succeed!
