L&T Infotech Interview Experience - March 20 & 21, 2014
I attended L&T Infotech Pool Campus.
Totally there was five rounds.
1st round - Aptitude(Online).
60 questions - 60 minutes.
Totally 3 sections in this:
Quants, Logical, and Verbal with 20 questions each.
There is sectional cutoff for this round. So clearing all the three is must.
One can jump to any section at any time within the time limit.
I think the sectional cutoff will be 13 or 14 (I am not sure).
- Quants - easy to solve (practice all topics in RS Aggarwal).
- Logical - Syllogism, Arrangements, Figure based ques, Situation analysis.
- Verbal - 1 RC (5 ques), Analogy (4 or 5) , Synonyms, Sentence Completion, Error detection.
First manage the time in a way to clear the sectional cutoff. Don't spend the whole time to attend a single section.
2nd Round - Group Discussion (15-25 mins):
Shortlisted candidates were divided into two groups.
Topic is about Dress code and Brain Drain.
Again this is also an elimination round.
One has to open and speak relevant to the topic with good body language.
Is enough to clear this round.
3rd Round - Essay Writing:
(This is not an elimination round but will be considered as a key for elimination in further rounds).
Topic : Myself, How can I be a Change Maker?
4th Round - Technical HR:
It depends on the HR panel you may have questions from various subjects.
But all questions are from very basic only.
There is also some general questions about your past life and future life.
Be confident and feel free to answer boldly.
HR was so friendly for me.
5th Round - General HR:
Here your English fluency matters.
Don't worry if your not so much efficient in speaking English. Tell them that in a positive way. Then they will ask about the essay what you wrote in the 3rd round.
Be bold and open and answer with a smile in your face.
Finally results were announced I feel very happy to be selected.
Don't loose your hope. I improved myself while attending the interviews previously. Be Confident.
All The Best. :).
