KEANE PATTERN & INTERVIEW - 21 SEP 2007 - HYDERABAD

Hi Friends

1st thing 2 get thru dis written test is to go thru r.s.agarwal basics nd plz refer 2 previous papers

Written I won't say dat it is easy, but u can do it if u just go thru basics. it consists of 3 sections
a> Aptitude--15 questions nd each one carries 4 marks
b> Verbal-->10 qns nd each carries 1 mark
c> Logical-->10 qns nd each one carries 3 marks

qns i remember r
1> cats problem
2> rockets x & y problem
3> abt cricketers...
most of dem r repeated.. don't worry

Around 220 people attended d written nd 90 ppl got thru it

GD was really cool. 10 members per batch nd our GD topic was "wat development would u like 2 see in India in nxt 10 yrs". moderator gave us some 2mins 2 prepare.. den it went 4 10 mins.. 4m our batch 6 ppl got thru gd. dey gave us some 30 mins time 2 hv our lunch nd nxt immediately dey started tech round.

Technical Interview: out of 90 ppl only 50 got thru gd's. der r 5 panels. I was d 1st person in 1 panel. he made me comfortable by his words. it went 4 an hour. I was not sure dat i will get thru tech....but 2 my fortune I got thru... tech results were announced after an hour nd den immedaitely dey called 4 HR. only 30 got thru tech round.

HR: It was 4 a formality sake. just dey took our entire details nd asked some qns like "y do women need a job"-- "if we place u at some place den how do u feel"-----"if i place in testing dept. how would u feel" nd some qns abt family dats it. It was abt 15 mins only. Finally 22 ppl got selected 4 Keane.. am very happy dat am one of dem..
