INFOTECH PATTERN & INTERVIEW - SEP 2007

Hi Friends

dis is Dilip (MECH), from GITAM College of Engineering. We attended INFOTECH selections in a pool campus held at Gayathri Vidya Parishad..

The selection procedure is of 4 steps:

1. Written:
d wrtn test wil b very easy n it consists of very simple questions. d only area u hav 2 concentrate is d verbal section. go thru synonyms & antonyms. remng al very easy. u need not prepare for analytical section. it fairly depends on ur speed in calculations.

2. GD:
it is d main elimination round. for us, 2 to 3 students from each batch of 13 cleared gd. to clear dis round, u need to take chance to contribute ur points in gd, more than thrice & shud b confident with clear communication with ur group..

3. Technical:
brush up ur basics. dey vl ask only basics of ur respective branch.. if u r strong enuf wid ur basics, u r IN...

4. HR
dis round is just a formality... dey vl say about bond, pay n all. if u cleared technical, u r selected.

gud luck! never loose hope. dis is my 17th company to attend n finally got selected.
