IBM Interview Pattern - Kolkata, Saltlake, 20/10/2016
This placement happens in Salt lake, Techno India. This is a pool campus drive.
Previously I appeared for the companies from college like CTS, INFOSYS, BOSCH, CAPGEMINI, but I could not crack the aptitude round.
Now I gonna discuss the IBM - GBS placement procedure.
There are 3 types of things in the aptitude round.
1) Series (total 18)-> I make only 8 or 9 correct out of 18.
2) Normal aptitude (total 18)-> That's are very easy anyone gonna do this. But time is limited so you have to be sharp.
3) Business Letter-> you have to know about the procedure to write a business letter.
Rounds are normal. The series are hard. Practice some series questions. Aptitudes are easy. Calculator is allowed. For every question, you will get 2 min 15 sec of time. So you have to be very fast.
649 students appeared for the drive on that day. Only 221 have cleared. I am one of them. On that very day the students who have cleared the round they have to wait for around 11 am night for the Bio-Metric test.
After 2 days the interview.
There are 14 panels. And there are 12 persons in each panel.
The procedure was transparent and easy.
But I was little bit of tensed.
Around 3:30 pm my number.
I was very much focused.
Now I gonna tell you the conversation between me and the interviewer.
