IBM Interview Experience - VISAKHAPATNAM, MAY 06, 2015
It consists of 3 section for selection process,
1. Written test.
2. Communication assessment round.
3. Technical + HR round.
First one is written test it consist of 18 questions.
All these 18 question are based time and work, time and distance, time and wages, and simple problems nothing to worry having conceptual knowledge will helpful to crack this interview.
Finally I got through the first round easily because I am preparing for the banking exam for the last two years.
Then said to come tomorrow for another two rounds.
I came back at 10 o'clock but communication assessment round for me done at 2'o clock and most of the people got rejected at this round (118 selected out of 900 finally). I got through the exam easily because I am practicing all interview question from last one year.
Then one IBM person said that wait for the technical + HR round finally my turn came at 6'o clock.
IBM HR's are more friendly there asked about project which is mentioned on resume and asked me to write the C program however I am good at programming I done it very easily almost HR round gone for 20 minutes.
Finally he said to me wait outside of the room.
Result came they said that out of 900 only 118 people got selected and I am of the person in it.
Unknowingly I got selected to it and now I am IBM'er.
