IBM Interview Experience - MREC HYDERABAD 3RD MAY, 2015
There were 4 rounds namely:-
1) Aptitude Test.
2) English Assessment Test.
3) Technical and HR Round.
4) Documentation Round.
In 1st round there were 18 questions. Each question was given 2. 15 minutes to answer it, no negative marking. I hope I got 9-10 questions right answer and I was one among the 1000 students who cleared their 1st round out of 2800 students. Moving to the 2nd round it was just like face-face interview, they were seeing your communication if your pronunciation was good and your English speaking is understandable to them then you are able to make that round.
To me their was lady HR she was so simple, she asked me about my hobbies and I question like is physical training is compulsory in schools? you don't need to be so much fluent in this round. About 800 members cleared this round out of 1000 members. 3rd round was time consuming round but it was simple. On an average they were taking 15-30 minutes in this round.
One point I want to clear that friends you don't need to prepare C language and all they were just asking your project, introduction, related to your family and testing how patient you are? Some basic questions as why you want to IT field and what do you know about IBM. Out of 800 students 703 cleared the round.
Last round was formality round they were just checking the original documents whether matching your RESUME or not?Friends as we go through the rounds our chances of elimination decreases. If you're clearing the 1st round your almost 65% in.
And if you're clearing 2nd round your 90% about to clear the round and also selection depends upon requirements. Friends I hope it will help you and my wishes are with you. Don't disappoint in your career ever just go on trying. It also took me 1 year to get the job.
ALL THE BEST.
