Hello everyone,

I am Saurabh from Varanasi,

I attended Hexaware pool campus drive at Savitha Engineering College in Chennai,

About 1600 candidates appeared during that drive. I am going to list out overall selection process, it might be help you to well prepare for this drive in future.

Firstly they Divided two section of candidates IT (CSE, IT) and non IT (EEE, EC), don't worry about non IT word it doesn't mean you are going to work with BPO, tech support etc.

1st Round- Written test was based on basic skills of Apti (go through with RS Agarwal), verbal ability (go through with Wren and Martin), the few basic questions of C/C++ programming and at last we have got a page to write essay at any topic (anything you can choose as your topic but it should not be your annual project details or any subject related things. There was 75 questions had to attempt in 1 hour and for essay 15 min, write 14-15 lines that is enough.

After half and hours they declared the result, approximate 150 students got cleared this round I also one of them.

2nd Round - Once we have clear the initial round, they made 15 to 20 people group for GD, in every group max 3 to 4 candidate got cleared. Guyz Do major attention to your preparation of GD because chances of rejection in this round is very high. We had to decided the topic but they might be ask to explore your views on any particular topic also so always brush up your communication.

In my group 20 people was there and 3 got selected including me.

3rd Round - Technical round was bit easy for me but don't expect all you people having same condition, so make good command on basic of subjects as well as programming skills. I was asked by TR in the area of my project details, Some puzzle questions, some logical questions and some DBMS questions e.g. DDL, DML Sql command etc. This round is also based on your communication because if you having qualities to explore your view with any condition, they won't lose a talent like you because they can trained you in technical skills but not in communication. I spent approx 20 min with my TR and answered 90% of his questions correctly.

4th Round - Guyz must pay attention what I am going to say about HR round, every people who always used to say HR is just formality then believe me they are making fool to us. Until you get the selection announcement don't be in light mode or anything wrong which reflect your consistency. Hence, take your every rounds seriously & up to the mark. In my Pool drive more than 100 candidates got rejected in HR round so be well aware about HR round. I asked by HR in history of my education, which field/domain I want to actually work. What I did in past 7 months etc.

After 15 mins they announce the 1st batch result, my name was 2nd on the list.

I felt like WoW! Finally I did it!

Being a MNC employee was my Dream. Finally dreams come true. Next day I got my offer letter as well as joining date.

Do worth with your preparation guys you will surely get success.

All the very best for your future!

See you Hexaware!
