It was GD round.
We were given a Scenario that there is an electricity producing company that does all its operations using traditional methods.
The company has decided to automate all its operation but without the need to shut down the entire plant.
Changes expected like automated reporting system that generates a report on company's operations.
We were asked to gather the requirements and create the plan so that we can show this plan to finance team to get the budget approved for this project.
After the planning each was expected to give a presentation on his contribution to the discussion.
I wasn't interested in Deloitte just for the sake of practice I registered for Deloitte recruitment process.
So just kept quiet during the GD as i did not want to cause problems for a deserving and interested candidate.
Few days later I got placed in my dream company CISCO (I have shared my CISCO experience on IndiaBix).
But, I observed that people who spoke no matter whether it was right or wrong, were selected in GD round.
I guess they just expected good communications skills and confidence in candidate.
I hope it will help you.
