CTS PATTERN - 12 FEB 2009

Hi Friends

I attended TNSLPP for CTS conducted by Anna University in Ganadipathy Tusi Engg College on Feb 12th. I wana share paper pattern here...

First test session is of (20 min)
     1) venn diagram problem
     2) cubes problem painting
     3) some $ *coding problem here all u have to do is to simplify expression given as usual mathematical
         method then convert it into binary value replace $ for 1 * for 0
     4) some puzzle
     5) data sufficiency problems

Verbal session (20min)
Two big paragraph reading comprehension dont try this at first best way to tackle is to read question first and then try for answers in para.... then select the correct sentence..which is incorrect in following sessions...
no books to follow for this it depends on your English

Third paper (20min)
figure problem you have to find odd one out..
then syllogism study all rules from rs agarwal book
all cats are dogs
all dogs are rats etcc...
reasoning questions..
around 1000 gathered on that day they shortlisted around 70 in written and they finally selected 10 out of them.... I was not one among them..
