CTS Interview Experience and Conversation - Hyderabad, Feb 08, 2011.

Hi All, I attended CTS interview on 08Th Feb..

Written : Total Questions: 55 time 1 hour.

Aptitude:25 and verbal :30  

If you score total 37 or 40 above you can expect for next rounds.

GD (optional) : JAM

Topic ( optional ) and my topic is Recently saw movie...30 sec to 1 minute..
HR(Panel of Gd) : they considered way of talking, speed, confidence, points related to that topic..
Me    :   Told about ALA MODALAIDI Movie..........few points .

they selected 9 out of 15.............In JAM
and next round  is Technical round .

Technical:( Depending on tech Panel )

Tech Panel   :  Good morning (Mr. My name)
Me               :  Good morning sir.
Tech Panel   :  Take your sit.
Me               :  Thank you sir.
Tech Panel   :  what you know about your project ?
Me                :  I told him confidently about my project like
                       project name ,Modules, users, description of my project    
Tech Panel   :  ok ,you know SDLC life cycle ?
Me                :  yes sir.i told sdlc life cycles explained each cycle  clearly .
Tech Panel   :  tel me about your family back ground ?
Me                :  I told ..
Tech Panel   :   ok , you know OSI Layers ?
Me                :  yes sir .when spoke about  osi layers he said ok ....
Tech Panel    :  you know any database ?
Me                :   yes sir . oracle .
Tech Panel    :  ok (Mr. My name) you done every thing well.
                       you go and sit there . we let you know about next round.....
                        and i think i was selected...

                       one of HR came and said you are selected for next round .........
Me                 :  i feel very happy ...

they selected nearly 100 members out of 500 to 600 for Hr round

HR Round    :

HR               :   Hi (Mr. My name) how are you ....

Me               :   Fine sir Thank you.....how about you?

HR               :   Ya i am doing well..
                      Tel me about your self ?
Me              :   I told about my education details , family details...........
HR                   tel me what is the Moral of the movie you recently saw ?
Me              :   I told about Ala modalaindi movie..
HR              :   ok. show your study certificates.
Me              :   i shown.
HR              :   By showing my MCA certificate (Marks list) he said do you have any
                     professional certificate for this memo ?
Me              :  Yes sir. i shown my Convocation certificate .
HR              :  Ok. (Mr. My name) we let you know result with in 2 days.
Me              :  Thank you sir. Nice to meet you.

as of my knowledge all are selected in Hr round..

After 10 days i.e. 18 Feb mail from CTS that "you are selected ..."
I feel very happy my dreams come true.......

What ever it is you must be confident.Then you will achieve ....
