Capgemini Interview Experience - Hyderabad date:15 and 16th Nov 2014.
First of all don't go for an interview to crack it. Hope always for best and do well with confidence definitely that will reach you for ultimate success.
ROUND1: On first day it was Written test (pool campus) nearly 800 people attended.
The pattern of written test was of 3 sections.
1) Verbal 25 questions.
2) Quant 25 question.
3) Logical 25 questions.
The time span was 90 min for 75 questions. Time will be sufficient if we do fast and 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer don't worry the paper is so easy. After my written test I was so confident that I will not crack and i left the hall when results were announced. By gods grace I got my name on list.
From 800 people 160 got selected.
ROUND2: It was Group Discussion round, 12 people in each group. It was some what easy if you're good at communication skills. From each group 5-6 people were selected and from my group 8 members were selected as every was spoken well. The GD was of 25 minutes, and later even debate (just to test the leadership skills) not for all the groups depends on panel.
Then we waited for our result. I was well confident that i will be in. Then again they read my name on list.
ROUND3: Then it was HR & Technical round. I was into the panel where it completely HR. As i am so talkative he loved the way I spoke, and he was impressed by my resume and certificates, and after 15 min HR asked me to take written interview for him. Then I said no sir, then he asked me two at least two questions, then I started asking questions. as I am good in question bank I was asking continuously. He was testing my leadership skills, then he told me congrats you will get your offer soon. Hip Hip Hurray that was 3rd interview as I lost two companies. Never get depressed just you need to have PATIENCE and CONFIDENCE definitely, you will deserve.
Good luck everyone. Hope for best :) :)
Logical and Verbal was so easy, Quant was bit tough and even sectional cutoff matters, so solve logical first then verbal then spend remaining time for quant be careful. Sectional cutoff is 18+ for both logical and verbal, and for quant 13+ and remember that even you have negative marking. Answer the questions which you could do perfectly.
