I am Aditi Bilgaiyan BE(IT) Student of final year studying in LNCT Indore, I want to share my interview experience on Capgemini which conducted its first recruitment of 2015 batch from MP in LNCT Bhopal which was on 18 october 2014. It was a pool campus for LNCT GROUP of colleges, all colleges of lnct group participated in it.

The Capgemini company have three rounds:

1. Written test.
2. GD
3. Technical & HR combine.

Online test :

It has three module i.e Quanta, Reasoning with flowcharts, Verbal.

Each section is of 25 marks.

Total no. of questions are 75 and total time was of 90 minutes, but the biggest thing is there is sectional cutoff and also negative marking the reasoning and verbal are quite easy and quanta was very tough. But time is sufficient.

I have attended all the reasoning questions because I am confident enough in reasoning and 22 questions of verbal which are also correct and 18 questions of quanta in them 15 correct and 3 I have just tick marked. Guys always do the reasoning part first because it was simple and takes less time and then verbal and devote your maximum time in quanta because it was very very tough i have given something 37-40 minutes in quanta.

Then it the time for results they have declared the result within 1 hour 800-900 students were there in the written test and only 98 cleared it and I was one of them. But then the GD round.

It was the one day process and now it is GD round it was the biggest elimination round of them in my group we were 14 students and only 4 selected for technical.

Our topic is:

"Should other streams of students are allowed in IT Industry"

I have taken a neutral stand and something 4-5 times I have told my points but the biggest thing is you should maintain your listening skills too.

Don't speak too much and not too less.

I last for somewhat 40-50 minutes.

Then after 30 minutes they declared the GD result and from 98 only 52 selected in GD.

After that the volunteers told that your Tech-Pi will be after 10 minutes. I am quite tensed because I am not prepared for technical as i am a it student show I know that they will ask me more technical.

Now after 20 minutes the interview started, I was the 2nd for the interviewer and mine was the first panel.

Me: May I come in sir?
Interviewer: Yes.
Me: Seated and good afternoon sir.

Int: Afternoon. Give your resume.
Me: Seeing to them.

Int: Ok, tell me about your projects.
Me: Told what I know.

Int: You know Java?
Me: Yes.

Int: Can you compile Java programs in notepad?
Me: Yes.

Int: How?
Me: I told what all i know.

Int: You know HTML, write the HTML syntax.
Me: Wrote.

Int: Ok, you doesn't close the Head tag will it work?
Me: Yes .

(He asked me many times and confusing me but I said yes and provide him some explanations.)

Int: Will it work if we doesn't close body and HTML tag?
Me: I said no.

Int: Tell me what is MS Access and SQL Database.
Me: Told.

Int: What are your subjects in 7 semester?
Me: Told.

Int: What is Cloud computing?
Me: Told all what I know.

Int: What is the difference in Java and C?
Me: Told.

Int: What is Platform independent?
Me: Told.

Int: How you installed and configured Netbeans?
Me: Told. Not know sir.

Int: Last, what is CSS and why we use it?
Me: Told all what I know.

Int: Ok, you may go now.

My interview was fully Technical. No HR, I am quite tensed because it was only last for 20 minutes and my fellow mates were interviewed for 40 -  50 minutes.

And then next day results where out out of 52 only 26 selected and I was one of them
guys don't be nervous, show your confident, they don't want exact answers from you, they just see what you speak confidently and how you tackle their questions I have given all answers but not exactly.

Guys, Best of luck. Don't worry many rejections will one day bring selection.
