Hi Friends

In morning I jst sat for written of ACCENTURE I made all the English aptitude, reasoning correct(believe me) In c /c++ section I just attent the cutoff.But just sleep over in home..as I know am not gonna make it..since I got rejected in CTS n IBM (written by upper cutoff) My frnd called me n say ur through written( at tht time I was sleeping ).. just dress up..its raining heavily..put rain coat n my bike..go to college in wet condition. do all the formality before interview..Here my real suspence begin..they r doing 3 rounds of interview.
            1:HR
            2:tech
            3: another HR
            in fast round they ask me a lot abt technology in india..what u             think abt them QS:(hr n tech 1st round)
            X: SO SMRUTI its good combination yar..civil n IT..its             great..so why u like this job??
ME: sir being very honest I need sm             industry which give me pick rise in life..also a lot more             opportunity..civil is not bad..but software has its own charm
           
            X: abt my papers I have presented..ask rigorous qs..grill             me..ask me to describe my paper in detail?why u present this             paper..do u feel it help u in any way???
ME: I hv explained in             detail ..(my pare ) he is happy.check my fundamentals. with             inbetween. I told I learn frm it abt new tech/ abt skills to             convince people/ improve my communication skill n personality a lot             n lots more

X: what u think abt current technology in INDIA..is it bad/good? how it affect layman life..if u invent a tech ..what             points u will go with it?
ME: I think it enhance the potential             of workers..as well as people..people well known abt whats going on             in their surroundings..if I invent then I look for..its longterm             benefits/cost/ecofrndly/security..etc

X: hey smruti did u attent             ppt of accenture??whats good abt us..??
            ME: yess sir..best thing is u r performance driven..the more I invest frm my side the more I get..like a bank ok
            Then ur growth is fabulous..(they show it in ppt) he ism imprresd

X: then he asked the cross barrier qs..( hey tell me what u don't like in accenture)
ME: I smiled n he too..then he told are tell me na..just say..thaen jst for 1 sec I thout 2 be very honest..u have no criteria frm employee satisfaction
            side..so improve that..he is stunned..telling me write ..write..
            Ok u can go now..nice talking 2 u nayak.
