I Thougt Answer is -16 Becoz Jayanth Mentioned the above values 32 to RAMANUJ is correct,but Second value for MANOHAR is -36 not a +36. logic is simple. Write all alphabetics with Numbers like A to Z with respect to 1 to 26 . so for A is equal to 1 anb B is equal to 2and Z is equal to 26 so we do like this method +R-M+A-N+U-J(18-1+13-1+14-21+10)=32 Second we do opposite of manohar -M+A-N+O-H+A-R(-13+1-14+15-8+1-18)=-36 Finally in this type we find the answer of AGGARWAL IS opposite of of MANOHAR . i got the answer -16 |

Some people have difficult how to take + and - signs, Don't worry just do not consider repeating word is it is even, If odd just take - sign with its value. (Raamu Only take Rmu, If Raamanuj i.e, 3as which is odd so -1(where 1 is a no).... Ex: Ramanuj here letter 'a' is evenly repeated twice so neglect Ex: Aggarwal here take only rwal bur - sign to a i.e., '-a' rest all + |

RAMANUJ = (18 + 13 + 14 + 10) - (1 + 1 + 21) = 32. MANOHAR=(13 + 14 + 8 + 18) - (1 + 15 + 1) = 36. AGGARWAL=(7 + 7 + 18 + 23 + 12) - (1 + 1 + 1) = 64. Consonant is getting minus from vowels. |
