Of course I would quit my job. However, that doesn't mean I would quit working. There are many kinds of work in this world. I would use a portion of the 10 million to find ways to help others. But, I would no longer have the constraints of "need for money". Therefore, I would look for ways to help others succeed.

Yes, off course I will still love to work because for me money is important but it is not everything. I work in your organisation to gain more knowledge and to get experience in my field. For me, a person with money and without knowledge is useless.

Money matters a lot. But earning it is much more preferable and peaceful with respect to having luck to have a lottery. So experience will help me to do better in future.

Sir, I would think of $10 million lottery as an another source of income. As I am already getting income from my work, so its a kinda win-win situation and of course I would be on cloud nine. If at that time, I am in need of something, I would buy them but won't leave the job. As it allows me to advance my career and helps me to achieve my Long term objective of being a reputed person in the company.

All rich person in this world all rich enough to buy anything they want but they still work as it keeps them busy and enhance their skills and knowledge. So, I will stay here.

If I get money with luck or without effort, it would not have such value and even that doesn't give me satisfaction of success but it may give happiness for some time but, If we earn single rupee with our effort that gives me satisfaction. So I believe in my work not in luck, so I'll work,

"After I floated down from cloud nine", I think I would still hold my basic belief that achievement and purposeful work are essential to a happy, productive life. After all if money alone bought happiness, then all rich people would be all happy, and that's not true.

"I love the work" I do, and I think I'd always want to be involved in my career in some fashion. Winning the lottery would make it more fun because it would mean having more flexibility, more options. Who knows?

"Of course", since I can't count on winning, I'd just as soon create my own destiny by sticking with what's worked for me, meaning good old reliable hard work and a desire to achieve.

I think those qualities have built many more fortunes that all the lotteries put together.

I strongly believe in a philosophy i.e. the things which come easily will go easily.

Apply the same to the question of the HR i.e money which comes easily will go easily.

So strongly I don't believe in easy money rather be money by effort really tastes good.

My answer would be the following: " Sir, would you still work if you won millions?".

I will prefer to work in your company which will provide me challenges & experience to utilize my current resources in a better way.

As working in a company like yours is like a waterfall flowing contentiously, but winning lottery is like flood which can't benefit you properly, until you don't have experience and knowledge to control it.

So I will work in your company to gain knowledge and experience which will be helping me to make a dam and utilize it in a proper way.

No, I won't give up working in this company, as we all know that money lasts for a short time, as far as job is concerned, it ensures flow of money to meet the financial expenses. I predominantly concentrate on flow of knowledge from the company to grow my skills and increase the horizon of my mind. If we decide to spend money, it won't take even minutes to spend it. I don't work only for money and to meet my financial expenses, but it keeps smooth functioning of your mind, regulates and maintains your body. A doctor prescribes you to work, so that if you eat, the body digests and your body functions properly.

I'll win a lottery if I will play it and I only believe in hard work not in any lottery. I worked hard to get good education, this hard work is not only to earn money. Because I always remember what John Ruskin has said "The highest reward of one's toil is not what one gets for it but what one become by it".

To be honest it depends on the situation if I had the good knowledge and skills at that time then I would probably open a new company or link up with any good company or if I didn't have good knowledge and skills at that time then I would definitely work to improve my knowledge and skills because money doesn't give you knowledge, self satisfaction and wise (whereas it makes your mind rusty and lazy).

To be honest, It depends on the time, when I will win the lottery. If I would get the lottery after 4 or 5 years of working, when I would have good knowledge about the organizational development and way of business then I will surely leave this job and start my own business. You can apply there for HR manager.

The answer of this question depends upon the job for which you are being interviewed. For example if it is Government Job than you may say that it is due to luck and don't give me satisfaction, knowledge remains forever and blah blah but if you are a fresher particularly an MBA graduate you may say that 10 million at the beginning is a huge money, I will not be continuing with your company rather I shall be using it for planning a new business. I have already such plans in mind but due to financial constraints could not able to execute them.

May be the Panel just want to see your entrepreneurial skills.
