As a student i have proved myself. So i really can decide whether i can do a particular work assigned to me by faculty.

But the situation here is completely different that as a fresher i dint even prove myself in this particular field.I have confidence that i can prove myself in this field.

As recognized organisation like yours will always encourages the people who do perform well.So it doesn't matter whether we are over qualified or not if we got recognized.Because self satisfaction plays a major role.

I believe qualification is relative term one may be qualified but at the same time inexperienced. So you have to learn how apply your knowledge in real life situations and there a lot of thing you come across daily which changes your course of action. I am well qualified to learn.

Sir,

I'm just qualified for this position because if I'm over qualified there is no need to give me training after I had selected. So, after selection you are giving me training before entering into the main job. I don't know what will be the work so I don't know whether I'm qualified or over qualified. But by thinking about training I said I'm qualified.

There are two most important thing regarding education.

(1) Qualification.

And qualification may be finished in one day but learning will remain exist in whole life, so taking knowledge and to learn from your company will always be beneficial for me.
