| Management education is not all about having book knowledge, its about having practical knowledge and how we apply this knowledge or how we relate this knowledge to our day to day working. Management is about how we manage ourself or how we present ourself in front of others. |

In my point of view education, skill, experience is the ingredient to management. They are not compulsory but Successful business person most have these ingredients to be extraordinary. We need to add all these ingredients parallel. For example: We spent around 25 years to get education of business then start working, it takes more than a decade to completely understand the business concept then few more decade to be expert. At that time we will be at retarding age.
So education, skill, experience are equally important and should be taken in parallel. |

| I would like to say that Management Education is important because we can deeply study in management How can we manage our profession. These things we can`t learn without management study. So Professional Courses are going on i.e. BBA, MBA;. |

| Management education is not a mandatory thing to run the business successfully. If the person is capable of dealing with the people, knowledge about the business, hard working nature, dedication, leadership skills and passion for achievement can definitely become a successful man. But management degree is an added advantage because when the organization is small things are easy, when the size of the organization increases the functions are more and things became complicated during that case it helps you to take proper decisions, management and for long run survival of the business. |

| Actually management education is not a needy thing for business with people who have the ability to express their ideas,coordinating people,and leadership ability.But it is an added advantage in case that persons know how to utilize their knowledge in the correct relevant areas. |

| I agree that many poeple without management education achieves their goals in buisiness. For this one should have skills to analyze the market, take important decisions, manage the workers and should know the rules by govt to run the organization. So in cases of small scale industries financial, operational, marketing, hr can be controlled by an ordinary man. But when it comes to big industries those works gets compilcated and some experts are needed in those areas. Now adays management education makes you stronger in them than an ordinary man. |

But seeing the trend that everyone is running after a higher degree. Its becoming so common to adapt the skills every 3rd person in this world is possessing. For being extraordinary. A person not only needs to complete management studies but remain self motivated and be innovative to use the skills one has learned and apply it in the real world in his own creative way to benefit him and the general people. |

Just to take an admission into high class B school is not sufficient for your Business career.
For that we must think every part of that organization,that what is the standard of their faculty,placement record and level of globalization etc..

Its a proven fact, just take the list of the rich men in world, you can see more than half of them without even a proper degree. Management education is new chapter to grow your professional carrier. As per my Opinion Management Education done only police the candidate's attitude through which he can drive his carrier in right way if he have practical experience. Real Life Teachers & Education is only Experience because, so that some one told that " Experience is the Best Teacher. ", Today Management Schools & University don only business.
But I Also believe in Study because if we have experience & have right attitude then This kind of Courses bring us at right way. Because each and every books & courses are create after someone's Experience Analysis. , in this way we get knowledge which we have never face in life. |

Management education is a basic theory of management in business. In management education we can learn people involving in business, strategies, stages involving in managing business or how to manage a business etc., hence these theoretical activities cannot adopt directly in business with out any experience or training.
Therefore now a days management education is need due to increase in new technology, new innovation etc. |

If you have a great experiences in relevant organization,you can grow in your business.Some time happens , many people have MBA degree but its not necessary they can handle a business. Experience learn more things in a life.We can gain benefit of a management education , If we do that education in a good college.
We should have great mind, confident and good knowledge for particular business. |

Yes management students are getting high salaries. But what about their posts? Do they offer C.E.O. post to some passouts of B-school? if not why? i think the topic is necessity of management education for business, whatever salary a person get after b-school how does it affect on running business?
I accept you earn soft skills and some qualities a leader should have but is that enough? is being leader and guiding people enough to run successful business? what about innovations? what about risks? what if you don't have details of company product? what if you don't have detail of company work enviroment? each comapny do not have same work culture. you get all these details which are most important by working with the company. and as far as those soft skills and leadership qualities are concerned i don't think one must go to some B-school to earn them. for those set of skills EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST TEACHER. |

I think, that management education is essential. Because of that only the world class company is offerring the high salary to the peoples who have the B-school MBA. They were giving the practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge(i.e, the solutions that already taken for a complicated problems).
In IIM the student of MBA is getting maximum 20 lakhs and minimum of 75 thousand. but any other college (local MBA colleges other than a B-school)student's highest salary couldn't touch it.so, it reveals that the mgmt education is most important. |

Yes management education is necessary to run business successfully and effectively. management education guide how to acquire this knowledge , manage/execute and provide solution to below mention points. A person with passion but not knowing how to run and manage business is complete failure in long run.
Skill, knowledge and attitude is three essential things require in all department right from security service till CEO of the Company. |

According to my point of view it is not something you must have for business. Business is 99% practical you can not learn it just by reading. you have to be in touch with real world. you have to know all aspect of particular firm. Unless and until you're not part of the firm/organization you can not run that firm/organization. It really require skills which you can't learn from books and books are not must to learn those.
If management education was required then Dhirubhai Ambani, Ratan Tata, Steve Jobs, Bill gates, Vikram Pandit(C.E.O. Citibank) were working as employee only somewhere and we might not have get giant organizations (which are hiring business persons). |
