| I think doctor's accountability needs to be increased especially in India. Government should make strict rules for doctors like when they act non seriously even in operation theatre. They do silly things. Like forgetting material in someone's body during operation or not attending timely to serious patients. Their license should be cancelled. Then accountability will automatically increase among doctors. But patients and their families should also understand that everything (in case patient has already been drastically affected by the disease) is not in doctors' hands. Doctors is another form of GOD but he's not GOD. |

| Doctors is second god of our life. In this world without doctors we can't run our routine life. So the doctors should increase the accoutability. In our world day by day new diesease are spreading it can be cure only by the accoutability of doctor. My point of view doctors accoutability should increase. |

| Doctors are considered ,by profession, most honourable so far their contribution to society is concern.They are deal with the life of human being.since the value of human life could not be mesured in monetary term,their commitment towards society should not be commensurate only with respect to monetary remuneration.The eithical value of this profession could not be ignored.To eastablish such standard of service, it is require to introduce accountability among them, by statue.This will make them much more obliged towards society. so in my opninon, it better to introduce accountability among doctors. |

Hi I am murari,
According to me this is very important in India.
Because we can observe day to day increase in the different disease.
But no solution we need the best doctors they are not for earning every doctor must work towards their work and they must involve in implementing remedies for new causes.

Doctor is the second name of God and they provide the new life to a man and this is a great responsibility that we can't imagine. So when a person do silly things like forget metal in human body during operation and consider it as a business to make money then that shout be countable.
So in my point of view doctor's accountability will be helpful to improve health care. |

| Doctor's accountability to some point I guess should be increased but it should be in such a way that it does not effect one's personal life. This accountability should be done by those doctors who have a good experience in his/her field. An ENT doctor should not practice on a heart patient in order to improve his/her knowledge rather he must practice on his cases which maximum of the time would prove beneficial for health care. |

| Accountability of doctors for improvement of health care is an important issue.I mean ,it is not generally concerned by our people.I think it should be done after a certain period passed.It will be very helpfull to increase the efficiency of Doctors as well as their operations.If it done,it will be significant approach towards the development of Health Care system. |

Accountability ensures transparency in practices & adherence to standards. This holds true more so for the doctors who are handling a thing as precioius as life. It seeks to increase the trust of patients in their doctor who would take up the responsibility for his actions & also strengthens the health system. Also an accountable doctor would use accountability as a tool to analyse his performance & can incorporate improvements wherever desired.
Accountability would also ensure a fair & ethical practice by the doctor. Which is the need of the hour & would help to build a health system which is sustainable. |

It is better to increase the accountability.Because of pollution from industries so many people are getting diseases.To cure those people doctors accountability is necessary.Doctors accountability is compulsory but that should be in rural areas.Doctors accountability in main cities is time waste process.
