Adjudication, arbitration and conciliation (which consists of conciliation officer and board of conciliation) are the machinery to resolve the industrial disputes. Works committee also in some way work at the shop floor level to sort out minor disputes.

In a industry disputes are arise on the cause of to increase the salary and to give a bonus. So the "wage court" clears the dispute which arises between owner and employer.
