All even numbers divisible by 3 is divisible by 6. The given number is even. 4456. The Sum of the digits is 4+4+5+6 = 19, to make a multiple of 3, add 2.

So add 2 to 4456. Ans = 4458

Therefore, the sum too divisible by '2'&'3'
In question,we have asked for the smallest number; from '2' and '3', '2' is the smaller
Now let's check,
4456+2 = 4458.

A number is divisible by 6 if divisible by 2. So forget any odd choice as it makes the number odd. To be divisible by 3 sum of digits must be divisible 3, that leaves only 2.

There is better way of solving this instead of dividing by 6 try this,
number is dividable by 6 if it divide bu 2 and 3

4456 dividable by 2 but for divisible by 3
4+4+5+6=19 21 is the closest value divisible by 3
so we need 19+2=21 2 is the answer
