Given that 2994/14.5 = 172.
So replace 2994/14.5 with 172 in (A)
172 x (1/10) = 17.2

I will explain you .first 29.94/1.45 is multiplied and divide with 10 then you will get 299.4/14.5 .then again multiply and divide 299.4/14.5 with 10 then very important you are going to multiply only the numerator with 10 because then only you wil get (2994/14.5*1/10).then substitute d value of 2994/14.5=172.
